From the first moment I contacted you, you knew how to explain every detail regarding the survey and sea trial. For a person like me that did not understand English very well, it can be very hard to understand these kind of things, but you helped me tremendously by your simplicity and humble personality. The best part of my experience with you was the day of the survey. You arrived precisely on time and inspected every centimeter of the boat starting with the engines, later the hard board, soundings, moisture content of the wood, and the propellers. You do not know how grateful I am of your professional passion and dedication that you put into your work. You put in nine hours of inspection work on a 44 foot yacht. You explained every detail bit by bit to me. You then emailed me two days later with the survey report with several pictures that were included in the survey report.
